19.9. Urbaani sadonkorjuukävely ja kokkausta: Tervetuloa kävelylle yo-kylään! Poimimme ilmaisia ja syömäkelpoisia kasveja kuten marja-aroniaa, ruusunmarjoja, maa-artisokkaa ja villiyrttejä. Kävelyn jälkeen valmistamme ruokanäytteitä kerätyistä kasveista. Sinun ei tarvitse ilmoittautua tapahtumaan! Riittää että ilmaannut kerhohuoneen 50 A 7 ovelle klo 14. 28.9. Asukastoimikunnan kokous: Kaikille alueen asukkaille avoimet kokoukset järjestetään tällä hetkellä parillisten viikkojen maanantaisin klo 19 kerhohuoneella 50 A 7. Kokouksissa on tarjolla pientä syötävää ja juotavaa.

19.9. Urban harvest walk and cooking: Welcome to join a walk in the Student Village! We'll pick some free, edible things such as chokeberries, rosehips, jerusalem artichokes and some wild herbs. Afterwards we can prepare food samples out of what we’ve picked. No registration needed! Just show up at the 50 A 7 door at 14. - Sadonkorjuukävelyä ja kokkailua lauantaina 19.9. klo 14-17, 50 A 7. Päätettiin budjetiksi 100 €.

Asukastoimikunta tiedottaa/The Tenant's Committee informs

Asukastoimikunta tiedottaa tapahtumistaan ja muusta ajankohtaisesta Facebook-ryhmässä Asukastoimikunta YO-kylä itä sekä tässä blogissa. Kaikki itäpuolen asukkaat ovat tervetulleita liittymään ryhmään. Ryhmässä voi keskustella myös kaikesta muusta alueella tapahtuvasta ja sieltä kuulee usein nopeimmin alueen asioista. Blogista löytyy muun muassa tapahtumakalenteri ja lista asukastoimikunnan lainatavaroista.

13.9. Vaatteidenvaihtopäivä: Vaatteidenvaihtoa 50 A 7:n kerhohuoneella ja poutasäällä sen edessä klo 13–18. Tuo mukanasi vaatteita, joista haluat luopua ja valitse muilta mieleisiäsi. Ei myyntiä, eikä ostoa, eli rahaa ei tarvita! Voit saapua ja lähteä milloin haluat. Tarjolla kahvia, teetä ja keksejä, roskien välttämiseksi toivomme osallistujia tuomaan oman mukinsa!

The Tenant’s Committee Student Village East works as a link between tenants and guardian of interests. We organize events to the tenants such as barbeques and saunas. Check out our events from our event calendar. We keep in touch with TYS and supervise the interest of the TYS tenants. We have two club rooms. At 50 A 7 we have our meetings and most of the events and at the old club room at 20 B’s basement we have the movie nights.

The Committee informs its events and other current issues at our Facebook group Asukastoimikunta YO-kylä itä and this blog. All the tenants of the east side are welcome to join the group. At the group is also conversation about all the other things at the area. At the blog you can find for example the event calendar and the list of the rental items.

13.9. Clothes swapping day: Welcome to clear out your closets and get some new clothes for free! How does this work? 1) Bring clothes you don't want to keep 2) Choose what you like among clothes others have brought. No selling or buying, no money needed. Arrive/leave at any time you like, no need to stay all day. TYS will sponsor coffee, tea and cookies, please bring your own mug to avoid thrash! At club room 50 A 7 at 13-18.

On the October there is going to be the tenant meeting where the new Committee is elected. You can also inform that you want to be a member of the current Committee or other volunteer. You can contact the Committee via email yokyla.ita@gmail.com.

- Mietittiin kyläsuunnistusta tms. ohjelmaa ennen asukaskokousta

- Ajateltiin asukaskokouksen mahdollisiksi päiviksi 5.10., 6.10, 19.10. tai 20.10., kysytään päiviä muilta asukastoimikuntalaisilta ja Anitalta. Viikko 42 on syyslomaviikko, joten ajateltiin, ettei silloin kannata pitää asukaskokousta. Maanantaina 12.10. pidetään kuitenkin näillä näkymin asukastoimikunnan kokous, mikäli silloin noudatetaan vielä kokousrytmiä parillisten viikkojen maanantaisin.
